to see “A Burundi, transformed by the impact of its revival church, shines in nations across Africa”.
to “Facilitate the emergence of a movement of leaders, catalysts in the revival of the Church and the transformation of Burundi until it shines in the nations throughout the world. Africa’.’
Harvest Initiatives has 2 major bodies, namely: The General Assembly, which meets once a year to approve plans and reports, the Executive Com- mittee, which meets quarterly to assess the activities of the Executive Direction, which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization’s life.
HI proceeds through an operational approach which has its specificities. Indeed, its strong point lies in its ability to stay with its beneficiaries:
Harvest Initiatives serves as an example for the church in Burundi through mindset change and community trans- formation
In its interventions, Harvest Initiatives uses a holis- tic operational approach (body, soul and spirit) which contributes to the integrated development of beneficia- ries.
The other important aspect is linked to the fact that Har- vest Initiatives uses committed staff and volunteers mo- tivated by the call to serve the kingdom of God, which constitutes the undisputed strength of the organization.
HI also uses an approach that emphasizes Christian va- lues, with a staff that combines professional ethics and the Christian values as a guide in the accomplishment of its mission.
